Situated on the bustling Sheikh Zayed Street in Al Ain, the Al Ain Rotana is well within the business and commercial districts of the Capital, and close to major tourist attractions. 160 Km away from Abu Dhabi & Dubai International Airports.

Al Ain Rotana has started with its’ expansion plan, which, upon its’ completion in March 2008, will further offer additional rooms and suites with new recreational facilities.

The Villas have been designed to accommodate the mix of guests, with state of the art in-room facilities matched precisely to visitors needs. Enjoy the stylish accommodations embraced by modern luxury and cozy atmosphere featuring impeccable service and luxurious amenities. The Duplex villas offer luxurious 2 & 3 bedrooms laid out over two floors. At its entrance each Duplex villa has a parking space. There is a fully equipped Kitchen with dark wood cabinets and a marble guest bathroom on the ground floor together with the lounge area that walks out onto the garden terrace and poolside.

A marble staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two ensued bedrooms and a 3rd smaller bedroom. The master bedroom’s en-suite bathroom looks into the bedroom through an open glass window and has a separate step-in shower, bathtub and Jacuzzi. The additional bathroom is also laid out in marble.
