      Guest will learn the secrets of home cooking Thai foods and how they should prepare the dishes as a good cook even for just themselves and for their family.

Morning activity :
     Shopping for ingredients at the local market (or collect some of them our garden). We will present to guests how to choose ingredients that are fresh and each person will have their own shopping list (in English).

Menu : 2 dishes with 1 Thai dessert
1. Deep Fried Spring Rolls (Paw Pia Tod) or Papaya Salad (Som Tum)
2. Spicy Green Curry With Chicken/Fishball (Gaeng Kieo Wan Kai) or Spicy Prawns Soup with Lemongrass (Tom Yum Koong).
3. Steamed Banana Cake (Khanom Kluay) or Banana in Coconut Milk (Kluay Buad Chee).

      From the spactacular landscape of greenish rice paddy field, the cool of northern wind and the earthly smell of fresh air, all guests will enjoyably absorb the cultural experiences of northern rice plantation. Travelling only 2 kilometers with unforgettable rice scenery by'E-Tan", a local transportation, the guests will have an opportunity to get a real experience of rice planting and harvesting.
       Essentially, it will be the best memorable and impressive activity that, once in their lives, the guests will get to take away their everyday-urban living, and to indulge in a pure touch of local livelihood.

      We invite our guests to learn the secret of tea cultivation, and to experience the mixture of different of traditional tribes, such as Karen, Yao, Lahu, Yunan, Hmong and Akha, in the same community througt their architectural structures and beliefs.
