Child Policy :
- All persons over 16 years old will be charged as an adult.
- Children aged 12-16 years will receive a 25% discount.
- Children under 12 years old will receive a 50% discount, but where applicable will have to share room with parents.
Terms and Conditions :
All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) or telegraphic transfer. Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 2 working days prior to arrival date, Full refund less admin expenses e.g. bank fees, reservation or advance charges incurred for boats, guides, transport, accommodation or restaurants and any other reasonable expenses.
- 1 - 2 working days prior to arrival date, 25% of tour price.
- less than 1 working day prior to arrival date, 50% of tour price.
- No Show : No refund.
Additional Cancellation charge :
If the client cancel tour and the number of persons remaining on the trip falls below 2 adults, additional cancellation charge 20% of the trip price will be charged.
Remarks :
- Administration fees include bank fee, reservation or advance charges incurred for boat, guides transport accommodation or restaurants and any other reasonable expenses.

Working day does not include Saturday, Sunday & Thailand Public Holidays.

- If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before stimulated period as above : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
- If notification of cancellation is received less than stimulated period as above : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS at least one night room charge will be levied.
