- Free delivery and pick up within the metropolitan area of the location where the vehicle is to be dropped : Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Udon Thani, Samui, Phuket, Khao Lak Downtown, Krabi Downtown, Chiang Rai and Khon Kaen (airport and cover 30 kms. from center of mentioned cities)

- The car is fully insured in case of non recoverable damaged the excess of 3,000 Baht applied

Conditions :
- Our car is not over 2 years from date of manufacture
- Drivers are required to be at least 21 years of age, and there are no age surcharges or maximum age limitations
- One-way rentals service is available between locations in Thailand, a minimum 3 days rental is required otherwise 1,000 Baht one way fee will be charged
- Cancellation must be reached to Asia Travel or supplier at least 72 hours prior to vehicle pick up otherwise 25% of total amount will be charged.
- Shorter usage of car will be non-refundable
- Vehicle subject to availability
- Credit card must be supplied at time of collection in the main driver's name only
Excess (payable by client in case of accident):
- Maximum deductible of Baht 3,000 for car class XS, S, M, L and XL
- Maximum deductible of Baht 10,000 for car class PS
Optional Items : (Must be pre-booked at time of booking and pay direct to supplier's counter)
- Baby Stroller 6 months to 3 years at 100 Baht/day maximum 1,000 Baht/rental
- Childseat 6 months to 3 years at 100 Baht/day maximum 1,000 Baht/rental
- GPS Navigator at 200 Baht/day maximum 2,000 Baht/rental
Documents and other requirements for car hire :
- Copy of Passport (Non-Thai National)
- Copy of valid driving license : The license may either be Thai, or from a renter's country of residence (with an English translation), or an international drivers permit in conjunction with a valid license
- Copy of valid credit card and pre-authorized amount of 5,000 Baht (Car size XS, S, M, L, XL) and 30,000 Baht (car size PS) from customer's credit card as guarantee
