Terms
and Conditions :
All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance
before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card
(Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) or telegraphic transfer.
Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking
details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference.
Child Policy:
- No charge for child under 12 years old, sharing room with 2
adults without extra bed. American breakfast will be charged at
Bht 100 nett / child / day.
- Children under 2 years old, a baby cot is free of charge.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy:
A
US$10.00 charge will be levied on each key amendment such
as the check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of
rooms and change of the guest name etc. Please note that the
credit card holder should be one of the guest name.
If
notification of cancellation is received after payment is
done and before stipulated period on the confirmation, a full refund will be credited to your
credit card account less an administrative fee of US$10.00.
If
notification of cancellation is received less than stipulated
period on the confirmation,
it will be charged for an administrative
fee of US$ 10.00 PLUS at least 1 (one) night room charge which
will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons.
In
case of no-show or shortening of stay,
a fee will also be charged at least
1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's
policy in each seasons PLUS an administrative fee of US$ 10.00.
Remark:
The
cancellation or amendment on stipulated period is on working
day only, not include Saturday, Sunday and Thailand
Public Holidays.
As I sit on the balcony of my room, listening to the night sound and the soft crashing of the waves, I feel totally at peace and perhaps for the first time understand the much used Thai word, "Sabai" It is a deep, inner feeling of well being and contentment; of being at peace with oneself and with the environment; SABAI.
