TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings made for the above hotel have to be paid in advance before the check-in date at least one month. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) or
telegraphic transfer. Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference.

Note : Compulsory Gala Dinner on 24 December 2003 and 31 December 2003 is required if guests stay across during this period.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
  • If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun &
    Public holidays    ) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
  • NOTE : Cancellation for peak season (15 December - 15 January) is required at least 30 working days (not including Sat., Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date.

Note : Details of Compulsory Gala Dinner on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve will be notified in advance prior to your reservation.
