They are screened on two sides, providing total privacy, but open enough to allow the fresh air to blow through, keeping you cool and comfortable. Both are tastefully designed in the same luxurious ‘royal’ style which is in clear evidence throughout the resort. Samui Peninsula Resort and Spa is a brand-new property and no expense has been spared in making it one of the island’s finest.

But it’s the third sala that really captures the imagination, and the heart. And to reach it means a short stroll around the lovely infinity swimming pool, and past some of the resort’s private villas. When your eye eventually catches it, sitting alone on a rocky promontory with the turquoise blue sea behind, your heart will skip a beat.

And when you descend down the grassy banks, then ascend the short pathway up to it, the feeling of peace and tranquillity becomes almost tangible. There, a therapist will be waiting, fully prepared, to provide you with another special Samui spa experience.
