All bookings should be made in advance and are full prepayment to Asiatravel (AT Network Co., Ltd. )only.
Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted.

VOUCHERS & ITINERARY :
Upon clearance of your payment, vouchers & itinerary will be delivered to you by email on attached files.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check in date : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays)
prior to check-in date. : A cancellation charge of 1 night.
