Beach : Bang Niang Beach – the beach famous for its golden sands and amazing backdrop of coconut trees and casuarina pines. This beach is lovely for sunbathing and long walks or simply sit back and relax and enjoy your marine sports.

Sightseeing and Excursions

Similan Islands :  The world famous Similan Islands is a mere 50 kilometers away from Khaolak.

 - Amanusa provides day trips which include hotel pickup, snorkeling at several islands, lunch, and swimming at the beautiful crystal clear beach.
- Liveaboards can also be arranged with accommodation facilities onboard or on the island (National Park)

Surin Island and Richelieu Rock : Another interesting snorkeling / diving trip offering beautiful marine life. The nearby Ko Bon and Ko Tachai islands feature stingrays, barracuda, mackerels, and sea turtles. Not to be missed are visits by sharks at Richelieu Rock.

Sightseeing and canoeing / kayaking at Phang Nga Bay to see the famous ‘James Bond Island’ and visit the Sea Gypsy Village (Muslim village) – Koh Pangyi.

Khaolak Lamru National Park – a few minutes from the resort, this 125 sq.km. national park is lovely for its cliffs and evergreen forest. This visit is good for jungle walk, trekking and enjoying swimming at the ‘small sandy beach’.

Khaosok National Park – ideal for adventure filled activities such as jungle walking, white water rafting, bird watching or overnight safari at Chew Lahn Dam.

Several short distance waterfalls such as Chongfah Waterfall, Lumpee and Tohn Prai.

Temple Caves – Wat Tham Suwannkhumka is a cave shrine featuring Buddha Images and is situated in Phang Nga town.

Golf – 20 minutes away is an international 18-hole golf course, Thap Lamu Golf Course.
