TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you have big luggages, please book a van instead of car. It is very IMPORTANT for you to get the emergency call numbers from our reservation staff when you settle the payment. Our reservation will give you the telephone numbers in case you can't find the driver at airport. If you don't get any reply from our reservation, please contact reservation staff by email or call +66 2 677 6240 to 5.

BOOKING PROCEDURE :

Booking should be made at least 2 working days in advance either by e-mail to our reservation or telephone to our Bangkok Office (66-2) 677-6240.

PAYMENT :

All Bookings are on prepayment basis.  We accept payment by Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX only.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to arrival date. : Non-Refundable!
3) Nonrefundable if notification of flight or date changed is received less than 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to arrival date.
