Cancellation and No show charge

Cancellation is allowed 14 days during Nov 1-Apr 30 and 7 days during May 1-Oct 31, prior to guest's arrival. Cancellation made exceeding 3 days will be charged 50% of the total room requirement, and the one made within 3 days will be charged 2/3 of the total room requirement.
During Nov 1-Apr 30 cancellation made within 3 days, 1 night of room only will be charged.
No Show : One night of room and meals of the first day will be charge
