Here the daily fare of inventive menus uses fresh and wholesome produce from the health resort's own organic garden where herbs, vegetables and fruits are grown. These are prepared and presented by a team of Thai and international master chefs. If the intention is to lose weight, a dietitian will provide a realistic and effective programme to help attain the desired target. All dishes on the menu have calories and fat grammes listed.
