Everyone has different constitutional strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes these are minor and
you live in harmony with them, sometimes they are more significant. Unless you take care to support these systems we find symptoms coming up. Normally these begin as insignificant annoyances but over the years they can build up into more serious imbalances and complaints.
This retreat focuses around the holistic methods of addressing mind, body and spirit. When the mind and spirit are in balance the physical manifestations have the opportunity to recover. By assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the body and utilizing techniques such as the Sacred Crystal Healing, Reiki, Meditation and Craniosacral Therapy with naturopathic consultation, this adds a new dimension to the standard blood tests and physical examinations which most often appear as normal, despite feelings of unease, tiredness and lack of energy. |
