Entry and Visa Procedure

All foreign visitors to Myanmar must hold valid passports and entry visa must be obtained prior to arrival in the country.

Arrival and Extension of stay

Please ensure that arrival time to this destination is in the morning to fully utilize the full board package tours. Any extension stay should be done prior to arrival to ensure that accomodation and return flight have been reserved and confirmed. Additional nights' stay and departure transfer are at guest's own expense

Refund and Unused Services

No refund will be made for any items provided in the itinerary that are not utilized.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees will be levied for any cancellation made

-Less than 10 working days prior to departure USD 120 per pax
-Less than 7 working days prior to departure 75% of the tour fare
-No- Show 100% of the tour fare

Administrative/Amendment fee

For any amendment made after documents have been issued, an administrative fee of USD 50 per person will be levied

Responsibility

Our company will assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, change of schedule or other irregularities caused arising from circumstances beyond its control. Our company reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any tours with or without notice if such change is in the opinion of the Company, for the best the guest interest of prior.
