  • All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge, 1% government tax and 3% goods and services tax.
  • Weekend stays are defined as stays on Fridays, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Cancellation Procedures

  1. Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
  2. Cancellations received after the cut-off times will result in a charge amounting to one day's room rate, tax and service charge for each room cancelled
  3. " No Shows " on the day of arrival will likewise be charged on night's room rate, government tax and service charge.

Policies

  1. Check-out time is 1:00pm on the day of departure. Arrivals should be planned no earlier than 2:00pm to ensure that rooms are ready. Late check-outs after 1:00pm will depend on availability and will be charged 50% off the above rates. Full rates will be charged after 6:00pm check-outs.
  2. All room reservations and rates are subject to availability and confimation.
  3. Guarantee to credit card is required upon confimation.
  4. Extra Bed is free of charge for children under 18 years old.
  5. Rollaways and Baby Cots are not available in Premier Rooms at Westin Plaza.
  6. Requests for bed types and rollaways are confirmed subject to availability.
