1.Check-In Procedures All valid passports must have at least 6 months validity from the actual day of sailing. Passenger for pregnant women will be permitted before their 24 weeks of pregnancy. Foreigners working or studying in Singapore, they must submit "Green Card" (Employment pass or Student pass) together with their passport. For those "social visit pass" (tourist visa). Must submit "White Immigration Card" together with passport. International Passport to be used only. Permanent Residents - Passport with PR endorsement stamp inside. 2. MAG Card / Boarding Pass MAG Card is used as a charge card, a key card and a boarding pass. Please keep your MAG Card safely. You will need to use the card upon embarking and disembarking at ports and also present it to collect your passport on arrival at you final destination. Please remember to bring along your MAG card for all meals 3. Boarding Before boarding, you will be required to show your passport & MAG Card. The passport will be retained for checking and verification. 4. Check-In Location Port Check-in Location Distances Singapore Level 2, Harbourfront Centre, Singapore (Baggage Check-in: Singapore Port Institute, Ground Floor, adjacent to the Harbourfront Centre, Singapore) 25 mins. from Changi Airport & 15 mins. from Orchard Road. * Should they need to check-in their baggage, your clients should proceed to the baggage handling counters first. (Please refer to Item 5). 5. Baggage Check-In Your clients only need to produce their Confirmation Slips to check in their baggage. Baggage Allowance: Maximum 2 pieces of baggage per passenger, with a maximum total weight of 50 kg. Baggage Delivery: Check-in baggage will usually be delivered to cabins within 30 minutes after sailing. If your clients have not received their baggage by this time, they should contact the Concierge on board.
