We are honored to have famed wine connoisseur Dr. N.K. Yong as a special advisor on the selection and composition of the wine list. From obscure independent wineries to heralded family heritages, re-acquaint with favorite vintages or explore sensational discoveries under the beautiful crystal chandelier at our tasting table. Your host is sommelier Derrick Lim, whose passion for wine has taken him from the New York City restaurant scene to Italian winery Emilia Romagna. You will no doubt be mesmerized by our state-of-the-art enomatic system, which showcases 16 most distinguished wines each month, served by the glass. Our dignified Vintage Room can grandly accommodate parties up to 12 for private soirées and dinners, and enthusiasts will certainly enjoy the classic yet cozy leather furnishings in our tasting room -- the perfect backdrop for swirling, scenting and sipping. A contemporary and luxurious setting resplendent in natural sunlight during the day, the Astor Bar transforms into a sensual, spectacular venue at night, an irresistible entrée or conclusion to your evening, or simply a respite from everything else.

Lavishly adorned with wood, leather and contemporary art pieces, yet exuding a cozy and elegant allure, the Astor Bar features an array of prestigious vintage champagnes, acclaimed wines, premium international spirits and inspired organic concoctions by our renowned mixologists. The highlight of our drinks list is the Chili Padi Mary, a local interpretation of the Bloody Mary, St. Regis’s signature cocktail richly accentuated with Asian flavors. Nowhere else in Singapore will you enjoy your drink in crystal Esperienze glasses, the newest range from Italy’s acclaimed Accademia Luigi Bormioli and designed by Venetian designer Federico DeMajo, for a completely innovative exploration in wine and cocktail appreciation.

Gourmets are not forgotten, as Les Saveurs' Executive Chef Frédéric Colin specially creates a menu of decadent canapés to complement the stylish cocktails, available throughout the day.

The Drawing Room

During your afternoon in this cozy nook of our majestic lobby, you will be dazzled by an excellent selection of delicate finger sandwiches, deluxe canapés and sinful pâtisseries presented on specially designed stands. You will select from the finest tea menu in town, featuring the exquisite Dammann Frères blend exclusive to The St. Regis Singapore, offered on a custom-made trolley and poured with panache in our distinctive tea service ritual. From the traditional Royal English and rich Assam tea to the energizing Lemon Verbena and creamy Elderflower blend, more than 25 loose tea leaves from around the world are available at The Drawing Room.

As we serve on rich elegant fine china and expensive glassware, let time come to a standstill as you sink comfortably into luxurious sofas and armchairs while our talented musicians entertain you. We also offer the finest coffee and vintage Champagnes to be enjoyed in our warm and classic Chinoiserie setting. A full beverage menu and snacks are also offered throughout the day.
