& Beverage Outlets : Summer Palace. Our Chinese restaurant offers Cantonese gourmet cuisine in a tasteful, elegant setting. Our classic dishes are prepared by a team of Hong Kong chefs who take pride in serving authentic Cantonese dishes. The restaurant can seat 168, with private dining rooms available for parties and special occasions. Capers. This all-day cafe serves up an eclectic mix of Asian delights and Western favorites. There is also an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool, which makes for pleasant al fresco dining. The cafe can hold 244 people, with additional seating for 20 at the poolside terrace. The Bar. Voted "one of the world's best bars" by Newsweek magazine, this is the place to take in classic jazz acts in an inviting and comfortable setting.
