Cafe Victoria	The cafe Victoria is the perfect place to sample authentic local cuisine, enjoy a tempting array of western specialties, sit down to high tea, or relish a midnight snack. Taste sensations combine with visual treats are the coffee house looks out onto historic Victoria Street. Inside, warm colour tones and oakwood wall panels create a cherry feel. Piano bar	After a long, hard day, the Lobby Lounge is just the place to rendezvous with friends. The discreetly semi-concealed Upper Lounge is favoured for its cosiness while the open Lower Lounge is a window on the hotel's fountain lobby. A live band entertains with evergreens and popular tunes. Our Piano Bar on the mezzanine floor is an equally relaxing alternative with soothing music by a piano and vocal duo. The Lobby Lounge and Piano Bar seat 90 nad 40 guests respectively.
The Carlton Brasserie	French decor and cuisine greet guests to the Carlton Brasserie. In spired by the cosy bistros so popular in France, the brasserie evokes a typically friendly, informal feel. The restaurant makes an ideal choice for a business lunch or a quiet dinner. The extensive lunch buffet, a la carte dinner selections and weekly "blackboard specials' will pamper even the most discerning connoisseur, especially when paired with our list of wines. The Calton Brasserie seats 64 guests.

Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant	The Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant provides a most charming atmosphere in which to experience some of the best Cantonese recipes in town. The menu tempts with an amazing choice of a la carte specials and daily tim sum lunch, all expertly prepared by a team of Hong Kong chefs. In addition to the main dining area, four private rooms are made available to guests, where dining and conversation can be enjoyed in intimacy and privacy.
