Package Excludes:

  • Passenger's Departure Fee of S$6 & Fuel surcharge of S$14 per pax is payable at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT)
  • Batam Departure Fee of S$4 per person is payable at Nongsapura Ferry Terminal

Terms & Conditions:

  • Travel is to be completed by 31 Dec 2009
  • All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars and base on per person basis
  • Infant Ferry Ticket is chargeable at S$19 per person excluding all taxes
  • Room configuration for Standard & Tirta Wing Room categories: Maximum 3 Adults + 1 Child No Bed or 2 Adults + 1 Child with Bed + 1 Child No Bed
  • Room configuration for Deluxe & Suite Room categories: Maximum 2 Adults + 1 Child No Bed
  • Return Ferry segment is open timing, it is guest responsibility to re-confirm with front desk their preference timing upon arrival
  • Visa is required for certain Nationalities, click here for more information
  • Passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of departure
  • Full payment be made upon confirmation of booking
  • Amendment or Cancellation charge of 5.5% will be impose for booking more than 7 working days prior to departure
  • No Amendment or Cancellation is allowed for bookings less than 7 working days prior to departure or during Peak & Super Peak season
  • Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master & AMEX card) or Cash in our booking office
