Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa is the ideal venue for meetings and conferences, offering stylish accommodation and some of the best and most luxurious conference facilities in a resort setting just minutes away from the city centre. A pillar-less Grand Ballroom can cater for large scale events including dinner for up to 500 and the resort offers dedicated event support teams and technical assistance.

Grand Ballroom
Situated away from the guest rooms, facilities are specially designed to cater for events and conventions. The pillar-less Grand Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and ample seating for 500 persons, either for sit-down dinner arrangement or various function requirements.

In addition, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems are available to enhance the experience for every occasion. The ballroom has a ceiling height of 6.5m for creative set-ups and is complemented by a high glass wall that overlooks the splendid landscape of the hotel garden.

Function Rooms
There are 7 meeting rooms of various sizes. All meeting spaces at the hotel are fully equipped to support audio-visual and business presentations with the latest technology.

Glass Pavilion
One of the highlights of Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa is the stunning Glass Pavilion situated in the lushly landscaped grounds - making it the most romantic and elegant wedding or event location. The Glass Pavilion is furnished with stylish transparent Philippe Starck-designed ‘Louis Ghost Chairs’ and can seat up to 40 guests or standing room for up to 60 guests. Adding to its charm is an antique bell and a waterfall that serves as a picturesque backdrop to the pavilion.

Event Concierge
A personalised service to assist guests with sound and lighting equipment, video conferencing, simultaneous translation, telecommunications and internet connections.

Business Centre
Situated within the hotel lobby, the Business Centre provides a range of dedicated business concierge services, including a personal computer work desk, a meeting room and administrative support services.
