It currently operates 70 tastefully designed guestrooms, three of which are suites. Although it has now made use of modern architecture and interior decorations, it has retained its ethnic influences from the Moslems of the Southern Philippines. It is an ideal venue for business and social gatherings. The Lobby area has four dining facilities that provide the public with a selection of specialties, each with its own distinctive quality. This includes the Lobby Lounge, Café Paraiso, The Sushi Bar and the Teppanyaki. It also has the Patisserie, which provides a myriad of specialty cakes and pastries.

A cozy and relaxing ambience at the lower level exudes quite intimacy. Located in this level is the Diwata Cocktail Lounge that beckons one to indulge and unwind to fine spirits and enjoy live five-star entertainment rendered by charming lounge singers nightly.

The Quezon Ballroom, which can be partitioned into two halls when required, can comfortably accommodate a total of 300 people. Bathed in bright hues and majestic brass chandeliers and wall sconces, its interiors evoke impeccable elegance well suited for all occasions.

Aside from the ballroom, the hotel has other function rooms that can accommodate smaller groups of 10 to 80 persons. These are Soliman, Sikatuna, Lakandula, Humabon, Urduja, Tandang Sora, Doña Trinidad, Lakambini and Mutya rooms
