Apartelle de Francesca is a resort hotel located in the heart of White Beach Puerto Galera in the Island of Mindoro Oriental . It is 130 kilometers away from the City of Manila in the Southern part of the Philippines . We are not very close to the beach but it takes only three minutes by walking.
