All bookings made for the above hotel have to be paid in advance before the check-in date.
Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB, AMEX) or telegraphic transfer. Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference. Children under 12 years old sharing the same room as their parents, the accommodation will be fee of charge with extra bed, food consumption will be charged at Bht 160 nett

CANCELLATION POLICY :

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 7 working days : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun &
Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
