- Child Policy
* below 2 years old : at Baht 1,500 net per child per package
* 2-11 years old (max. 1 child) : at Baht 5,300 net per child per package sharing bed with parents (without bed & breakfast). The second child will be charged as third adult.
* 12 years old up : consider to adult price
- Conditions for N Class fares .
- Tickets must be issued on/after 14 Sep'09 and on/before 31 Mar'10. Point of sales Thailand only.
- Valid for travel commencing on/before 31 Mar'10
- Ticket validity 1 month.
- Change of reservation permitted within validity.
- Upgrade permitted at higher available booking class with a charge of differential fare.
- Refund :Before departure refund will be the full amount of the fare paid, less refund administration fee at Baht 500. After departure refund will be less one way fare plus refund administration fee Baht 500
- Reroute not permitted.
- Change date is permitted without charge.

Terms
and Conditions :
All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before
the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit
card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX).
Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details
will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference.
Cancellation Policy :
Low season (1 May - 15 July & 16 September - 19 December) : before 7 working days prior to check in date.
High season (20 January - 30 April & 16 July - 15 September) : before 14-21 working days prior to check in date (subject to hotel's policy).
Peak season (20 December - 20 January) : before 30 - 45 working days prior to check in date (subject to hotel's policy).
Note : some hotels may set the season differently. Reservation will advise cancellation policy once your booking is confirmed.
- A 5% of total amount charge
will be levied on each key amendment such as the check-in date, check-out
date, room type, number of rooms and change of the guest name etc.
Please note that the credit card holder should be one of the guest
name. If notification
of cancellation is received after payment is done and before stipulated
period on the confirmation, a full refund will
be credited to your credit card account less an administrative fee
of 5% of total amount.If notification
of cancellation is received less than stipulated period on the confirmation, it will be charged for an administrative fee
of 5% of total amount PLUS at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be
levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons.
- In case of no-show
or shortening of stay, a fee will also be charged
at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the
hotel's policy in each seasons PLUS an administrative fee of 5% of amount
- IMPORTANT : amendment or cancellation of air ticket is followed by airline's policy.
Remark:
- The cancellation
or amendment on stipulated period is on working day only, not include
Saturday, Sunday and Thailand
