TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RECONFIRMATION, AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION

Any reconfirmation, amendment or cancellation , please contact respective Asiatravel staffs directly (Not the hotel)

PAYMENT

All bookings should be made in advance and are full prepayment to Asiatravel (AT Network Co., Ltd.) only. Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted.

AIR TICKET & VOUCHER

Upon clearance of your payment, air ticket & voucher will be issued and delivered to your hotel in Bangkok. You can collect it at the hotel front desk when you check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low & High season (16 Jan - 19 Dec) : before 14 working days prior to check in date (subject to hotel's policy).
Peak season (20 Dec - 15 Jan) : before 30 working days prior to check in date (subject to hotel's policy).

A US$10.00 charge will be levied on each key amendment such as the check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of rooms and change of the guest name etc. Please note that the credit card holder should be one of the guest name.
If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before stipulated period on theconfirmation, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account less an administrative fee of US$10.00.
If notification of cancellation is received less than stipulated period on the confirmation, it will be charged for an administrative fee of US$ 10.00 PLUS at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons.
In case of no-show or shortening of stay, a fee will also be charged at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons PLUS an administrative fee of US$ 10.00.

Remark:

The cancellation or amendment on stipulated period is on working day only, not include Saturday, Sunday and Thailand Public Holidays.
