Child Policy :

Child under 12 years if sharing room with 2 adults, no room charge. Breakfast charge at Bht 90 nett/ child / day. (Maximum 2 children / room).

Terms and Conditions :

All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) or telegraphic transfer. Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy:

A US$10.00 charge will be levied on each key amendment such as the check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of rooms and change of the guest name etc. Please note that the credit card holder should be one of the guest name.
If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before stipulated period on the confirmation, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account less an administrative fee of US$10.00.
If notification of cancellation is received less than stipulated period on the confirmation, it will be charged for an administrative fee of US$ 10.00 PLUS at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons.
In case of no-show or shortening of stay, a fee will also be charged 1 (one) night room charge PLUS an administrative fee of US$ 10.00.

The cancellation or amendment on stipulated period is on working day only, not include Saturday, Sunday and Thailand Public Holidays.

The Rimkok Resort Hotel is situated in the centre of one of the most exotic and fascinating areas of the world; Chiang Rai is Thailand's northernmost province and is bordered by the neighbouring states of Laos and Burma. The ancient city of Chiang Rai was once the capital of the fabled Lanna kingdom. It was founded in 1262 by King Mengrai as he began to extend his domain southwards. According to legend the city was built on the spot where he found his favorite elephant. He felt that the site along the banks of the Kok River was an auspicious one and thus Chaing Rai came into begin.

The surrounding mountains and forests are home to the many colourful mountain tribes of the north such as Lisu, Lahu, Yao and Karen.
