All Bookings are prepaid. Payment by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted

CANCELLATION POLICY :

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date : Non-refund for air ticket, there will be no cancellation charge for room except for a credit card processing fee of 5%. ( 21 Dec 01 -15 Jan : Cancel 30 days prior to arrival)

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : Non-refund for air ticket. A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge.
