Terms and Conditions :

Payment : Booking for above package is prepaid only. Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date : Non-refund for air ticket, there will be no cancellation charge for room except for a credit card processing fee of 5%. ( 21 Dec 01 -15 Jan : Cancel 30 days prior to arrival)

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : Non-refund for air ticket. A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge.

NOTE : Cancellation for peak season (15 December - 15 January) is required at least 15 working days (not including Sat., Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date.
