RECONFIRMATION, AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION :
Any reconfirmation, amendment or cancellation , please contact respective Asiatravel staffs directly (Not the hotel)

PAYMENT :
All bookings should be made in advance and are full prepayment to Asiatravel (AT Network Co., Ltd. )only. Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted.

Cancellation Policy :
1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 10 working days
(not including Sat., Sun. and Public holidays) prior to check-in date: There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.

NOTE : Cancellation for peak season (15 December - 15 January) is required at least 15 working days (not including Sat., Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date.
