• Travel must be completed by 28 February 2010
• Infant fare (under 2 years): THB 3,765 per infant
• Exclude Bangkok airport tax and fuel surcharge
• Air ticket is strictly NO REFUND or CANCELLATION is not allowed upon booking confirmation and ticket issuance
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Passport validity must be at least 6 months from date of departure
• Passenger must arrange their VISA (if required) at their own expense
• All booking made for the above package have to be paid in full upon booking confirmation before departure
  
• Mode of payment can be by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) , telegraphic transfer and cash. Bank fee applies in case of credit card payment.
  
• Package rate do not include tip, drinks, personal expense, meals not indicated in the inclusion and other items not listed above

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made at least Ten (10) working days before check-in date, and less than Ten (10) working day cancellation will be charged 100% of total amount. This applies for booking whereby airticket is not issued. Once airticket is issued, total payment is non-refundable.
  
• There will be no refund of amount paid if cancellation is not informed and there is no acknowledgement of cancellation from our reservation staff.
  
• Any refund will be subject to 5.5% service/adminstration fee
