Terms and Conditions:
Room rates are based on per room per night.
Above rates are inclusive of:
 
Full board meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) excluding beverage.
Mineral water and soft drinks during meals (without limit to be consumed during meals only);
01 bottle of mineral water from mini bar free per room
01 Body massage of (25 minutes) per person (offered by Nika Ayurveda massage centre);
Use of Gym, Windsurf, Canoe, Tennis & Badminton court, Table tennis and other sports available on the island
Free medical services by the in-house doctor (an Italian doctor always present on the island)
A birthday cake and a bottle sparkling wine for those who celebrate their birthdays during the period of stay.
A cake and a bottle of sparkling wine, a half day excursion for those who are on their honeymoon.
A bottle of sparkling wine on arrival, Daily breakfast served in the room, Participation on pre organized excursions for those who book Sultan suite.
 
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.
Child rate: ON REQUEST
Room Occupancy:
Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child up to 12 years or 3 adults.
Extra bedding: Existing daybed and baby cot.
 
Check-in & Check-out time:
The official check-in & check-out time is 11:00 noon.
 
Transfers to & from the Resort – Seaplane (Airport / Resort / Airport)
 
ADD ONS:  US$280 per adult and US$10 per child (2-11 years)
At arrival and departures mandatory meet and greet service is arranged at US$10 per person.
 
The scenic flight from the airport to Nika takes approximately 30 minutes from Male’ International Airport. Transfers are combined with other guests arriving on the same flight or at the same time.

Note: Seaplane operates during daytime only in accordance to aviation regulations of the Maldives. Guests arriving to the Maldives after 5pm are required to spend a night in Male’ or at the Airport Hotel prior to transferring to the respective resort the following day. Maximum waiting time at the airport is not more than 2 hours from the time you check-in at the seaplane counter.
         
Seaplane Baggage allowance
Each person may carry 20kg of checked luggage and 5kg of hand luggage. Excess baggage will be charged by the carrier directly. The excess baggage may not get transported on the same flight with the passengers. Passengers with out-sized baggage or heavy equipment must inform the same at point of reservation and make special arrangements for transport of the same to the resort, which shall be separately charged.
         
Cancellation Policy except Peak Season:
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.
  
Peak Season (20th December – 5th January inclusive)
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment.
