Terms and Conditions:
Room rates are based on per room per night.
Rates are inclusive of Half Board (breakfast and dinner) excluding beverage.
Rates are NETT inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax.
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.

Room Occupancy:
Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child up to 12 years or 3 adults except suite rooms.
Extra bedding: Extra bed or baby cot on request.
  
Check-in & Check-out time:
The official check-in 14:00hrs and check-out time is at 11:00hrs. GMT: +6
 
Minimum night requirements:
To confirm all bookings minimum 6 night stay is required by the resort.
   
Transfers to & from the Resort – Seaplane (Airport / Resort / Airport)
 
ADD ONS: US$280 per adult and US$150 per child (2-11 years)
At arrival and departures mandatory meet and greet service is arranged at US$10 per person.
 
The scenic flight from the airport to Kuredu Island takes approximately 45 minutes from Male’ International Airport. Transfers are combined with other guests arriving on the same flight or at the same time.
Note: Seaplane operates during daytime only in accordance to aviation regulations of the Maldives. Guests arriving to the Maldives after 5pm are required to spend a night in Male’ or at the Airport Hotel prior to transferring to the respective resort the following day. Maximum waiting time at the airport is not more than 2 hours from the time you check-in at the seaplane counter.
         
Seaplane Baggage allowance
Each person may carry 20kg of checked luggage and 5kg of hand luggage. Excess baggage will be charged by the carrier directly. The excess baggage may not get transported on the same flight with the passengers. Passengers with out-sized baggage or heavy equipment must inform the same at point of reservation and make special arrangements for transport of the same to the resort, which shall be separately charged.
 
Cancellation Policy except Peak Season:
Cancellation within 45 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.
  
Peak Season (23rd December – 6th January inclusive)
A minimum of 7 nights stay is required for bookings falling over this period.
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment
