Terms and Conditions:
Room rates are based on per room per night.
Rates are inclusive Half board meals (breakfast and dinner) excluding beverage.
Rates are NETT inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax.
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.
Child Rate: ON REQUEST
 
Room Occupancy:
Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child up to 12 years or 3 adults.
Extra bedding: Existing daybed and baby cot.
 
Check-in & Check-out time:
The official check-in and check-out time is 12:00hrs
 
Transfers:
All clients with advance booking are provided with free transportation from and to Male’ jetty by Hotel van.

Cancellation Policy except Peak Season:
Cancellation within 10 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.
  
Peak Season (21st December – 5th January inclusive)
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment.

Rooms are Junior Suites and Deluxe Rooms. Amenities include private balconies in Deluxe Rooms, attached hot & cold showers, color TV with a variety of satellite channels to suit every individual, international access telephones, and a business centre with access to the Internet to help you keep in touch with associates, family and friends. Free arrival and departure transfer within Male’ (to and from Male’ Jetty). Complimentary welcome drinks on arrival, room service, business center, a la carte restaurant, laundry, postal services, free safe deposit facilities, hair dryer (upon request), Mini Bar (available only in selected rooms. Note: The mini bar is not stocked and is provided for you for your own convenience).
