Terms and Conditions
Room rates are based on per room per night.
Room rates are based on full board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) except beverage.
Rates are NETT inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax.
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.
Children below 12 years are not welcome due to the nature and ambience of the resort.
Room Occupancy
Day bed is available in the villa as part of the furniture, it maybe used as bedding for the extra person.
Villas are designed for the comfort of couples, however the maximum occupancy in each room is up to a maximum of 3 adults.
Check-in & Check-out time:
The official check-in time is after 14:00hrs and check-out is at 12:00hrs
Transfers to & from the Resort - Speedboat
Speedboat transfer is arranged according to the given international flight details.
ADD ONS: US$120 per person roundtrip (from and to the airport) is charged separately for Airport transfers.
At arrival and departures mandatory meet and greet service is arranged at US$10 per person.
Transfers are combined with other guests arriving on the same flight or at the same time.
Cancellation Policy except Peak Season:
Cancellation within 45 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
Peak Season (20th December 2008 – 10th January 2009 inclusive)
A minimum of 7 nights stay is required during resort peak season.
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment. |
