Room rates are based on per room per night inclusive of breakfast only
 All rates and supplements are in US$ & are nett and non commissionable.
Rates are NETT inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax.
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.
The above rates are not valid for the Italian, Russian, Japanese and Czech markets.
Child Rate: ON REQUEST

Room Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy per room is 2 Adults or 2 Adults & 1 Child (Under 12 Years).
 
Check-in & Check-out time:
Standard check in time is 13.00 hrs & and checkout time of the resort is 12.00 hrs.

Transfers to & from the Resort – Speedboat (Airport / Resort / Airport)
Adult - US $ 120.00 per person
Child (2 – 11.99years) - US $ 70.00 per child
Arrival and departures mandatory meet and greet service is arranged at US$10 per person.
Transfers are combined with other guests arriving on the same flight or at the same time.

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.
www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment.
