| Award-winning internationally-acclaimed Shangri-La’s Tanjung Aru Resort is redefining its rooms in the Kinabalu Wing and will be adding to the resort, a new CHI Spa beginning September this year to reflect Shangri-La’s commitment to continuously provide outstanding facilities to all our guests. The resort will undergo a transformation that will ultimately deliver to your guests a standard that surmounts every expectation and will reinforce Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort as one of the leading five-star Resorts in the world. This redefinition programme in the Kinabalu Wing will take place in two phases with the first phase from September 1 until 15 December 2006. The second and final phase will begin from May 1 until June 2007. Meanwhile the CHI Spa will be built at the Pulau Bayu, our very own detached island beginning September 2006 until March 2007. During this period, the Resort will continue to operate as usual with uninterrupted service to ensure your comfort and convenience. Every effort will be made to ensure guests comfort and enjoyment throughout their stay. Work will be concentrated at the Kinabalu Wing located on the northern side of the 25-acre property and at Pulau Bayu. The newly refurbished Tanjung Wing located on the opposite side of the property offer guests a luxurious staying experience with beautifully appointed rooms, most of which boasts panoramic view of the South China Sea. |
