- All package inclusions are on a per stay basis, except for daily breakfast or lunch.
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy, on a per suite per night basis.
- A cash deposit of MOP/HKD$1,000 per suite per night or a valid credit card is required upon check in for incidental charges.
- Rates are inclusive of 5% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
- Maximum of 4 guests per suite, guest must be 18 years of age or older to register a suite.
- No extra charge applies to children 12 years old and under, with daily breakfast or lunch, and one way CotaiJet™ ticket (Macao to Hong Kong) included.
- Additional guests (13 years old and above) are subject to an extra charge at HKD/MOP$500++ per person per night with daily breakfast or lunch, and one way CotaiJet™ ticket (Macao to Hong Kong) included.
- CotaiJet™ tickets are subject to schedule and space availability at time of redemption after check-in, no advanced reservation will be accepted. CotaiJet™ tickets (Macao to Hong Kong) are only available on or before the check-out date. A maximum of 4 tickets for 2 adults and 2 children can be redeemed per suite per package.
- Rewards Dollars can be redeemed at Concierge counters in the Main Lobby, West Lobby and Mall Concierge in Grand Canal Shoppes with a printed participating merchants list; and are only valid during the period of stay before check-out.
· Each $100 Rewards Dollars is equivalent to MOP$100 discount on the selected locations listed.
· Rewards Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash and must be redeemed on or before the expiry date.
