To redeem a ticket, guests must present their Hong Kong-Macao CotaiJet ticket stubs as proof of purchase. The ticket stub(s) must match the hotel check-in date. A maximum of two tickets can be redeemed per suite.



Package Terms & Conditions:
A) Redemption of complimentary CotaiJet return ferry tickets from Macao to Hong Kong:
1. Ticket redemption is available at Cotai Strip Travel Limited (Shop 1028, The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Macao) or any designated counters on your arrival date.
2. No prior reservation is allowed for complimentary ferry tickets from Macao to Hong Kong. Tickets are subject to schedule and space availability at time of redemption.

B) Use of the Venetian Dollar is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Venetian Dollar cannot be redeemed for cash either in full or in part.
2. The Venetian Dollar must be redeemed on /or before the expiry date.
3. The Venetian Dollar may be redeemed at participating outlets which include: ZAIA, the Venetian Box Office, MaloClinicSPA, all participating retailers, restaurants and bars.
4. The Venetian Dollar may be used for purchasing ZAIA tickets at the ZAIA Theater Box Office in person only. Not valid for online or telephone bookings.
5. The Venetian Dollar cannot be redeemed as payment for hotel accommodation.
6. Lost Venetian Dollar vouchers are not reclaimable or refundable, with or without proof of purchase.
7. Unused or expired Venetian Dollar vouchers are neither returnable nor refundable.
8. The Venetian Macao reserves the right to change or modify this Venetian Dollar voucher program or the associated Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

C)20% off on MaloClinicSPA Signature Massages is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. 20% off on ‘Uplifting Citrus’ or ‘Relaxing Lavender’ signature Malo massage only
2. 1 discount massage per person per stay for maximum 2 persons per room
3. Reservation for spa treatment in advance is required and must be guaranteed by credit card

5. Reservation cancelled within 24 hours or ‘no show’ (late for more than ½ hour) is subjected to 50% penalty of price value (MOP 780/Treatment).

E)Additional guests (13 years of age and older) are subject to an extra charge of MOP/HKD500++ per person, per night, inclusive of breakfast. There is a limit of 4 guests per suite.
F)No additional cost for child at age of 12 years and under, staying with 2 paid adults; on room only basis. No breakfast or other services are included
G)All package inclusions are on a per stay basis. Daily breakfast or buffet lunch at Bambu restaurant is included for each night of stay
H)Amendments to the dates of stay are not permitted.
I)Cancellation of the booking or a reduction in the number of nights’ stay is not permitted.
J)Any extension or amendment in the duration of stay, after initial booking confirmation, is subject to availability and at the Hotel’s Best Available Rate
K)This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
