Payment Term

All bookings have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB, AMEX). Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference. No charge for children under 12 years old sharing room with parents with no extra bed.

Cancellation Policy

  • If notification of cancellation is received 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
  • If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
