Kamala Beach Just 6 km north of Patong, it is the main beach of the Kamala Bay area which includes the well-known Laem Sing and Surin Beach in addition to a handful of almost unknown sandy coves accessible only by rough tracks. Kamala is the only major beach in Phuket that does not have extensive hotel development and thus retains all its Thai village charm.
