Above hotel rates quoted are in Japanese Yen, inclusive of tax and service charge. All bookings have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issue of vouchers. Payment to be billed in US Dollar at prevailing conversion rate upon confirmation of booking and are accepted by credit card (Only Visa, Master & American Express Card) or telegraphic transfer. Upon receipt of transfer or clearance of credit card, vouchers will be faxed or emailed to guest.

Cancellation policy:-
For cancellation notice received 08 working days prior to check-in date : Full refund but a 5.5% credit card charge will be imposed, for cancellation notice received less than 08 working days : one night's room rate will be imposed.
