Khoo Ho Tong is our independent Director since 2001 and is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee. He is currently a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is a Council Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Singapore and the Treasurer of the ASEAN Federation of Accountants.

NGIAM Mia Je Patrick is our Non-Executive Director. He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Essex Investment Group and IPC Corporation Ltd. He graduated with First Class honours in Electronics Engineering from the University of Essex (UK) in 1979 and was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from the Southern California University for Professional Studies (USA) in 1997. Mr. NGIAM is an acknowledged entrepreneur in Singapore and has received many accolades. In 1990, he was awarded the inaugural KPMG High-Tech Entrepreneur Award. Other awards include the DHL & Singapore Press Holdings Business Award for Businessman of the Year in 1993 and the Chevalier De L’Ordre National Du Merite conferred by Le President De La Republique Francaise in 1996.

TAN Kheng Lee Arnold is our Independent Director since 2005 and is also the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. He is currently a Partner in Rajah & Tann, a law firm in Singapore and practices in the area of corporate and commercial law. He graduated in 1988 and holds an honours degree in law from the London School of Economics, University of London and is a Barrister-at-law of Middle Temple.

Hung Sun Sun is our Non-Executive Director since 2 June 2005. She is currently the Associate Vice President of Star Ventures Team in Star Group Limited. Miss Hung obtained her degree in commerce from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver and is a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1995
