| RESTAURANT Sriwijaya Fine Dining Located just adjacent to the entrance of the hotel, The Sriwijaya Restaurant is a thematic fine-dining restaurant, using the 8th century Sriwijaya Kingdom as its inspiration. A variety of International haute cuisine are presented in traditional silence, a warm, romantic atmosphere and impeccable service. There is seating for 50, along with an exclusive private dining room for eight. Jakarta Restaurant A contemporary interpretation of old Jakarta, previously called Batavia, Jakarta restaurant, a more casual setting which presents traditional Indonesian, Asian, and contemporary Western cuisine throughout the day in a relaxing yet stylish and social atmosphere. With a seating for 84 guests, Jakarta restaurant opens daily from 6.00 AM to 11.00 PM The Jakarta Restaurant's renown lies in its Friday Night Barbecue and Sunday Brunch each week. Sekitei Restaurant At Jakarta's top Japanese restaurant, located at the prestigious The Bimasena overlooking the lush gardens of The Dharmawangsa, Japanese Chef Yamachi Masaharu invites on a culinary journey into the rare and refined world of Kaiseki, the art of Japanese fine dining. An endless array of beautifully presented dishes will be served, a simply sublime experience tantalizing all the senses. Guests also have the option of enjoying an evening of Tepanyaki (grilled) and Tempura (deep fried) or simply some of the freshest sushi and sashimi available in this part of the world. The Sekitei is open daily for lunch from 11.00 AM until 2.30 PM and for dinner 6.00 PM to 11.00 PM. Cake Shop The Cake Shop features a selection of refined pastries, international cakes; daily fresh baked variety of breads. Our specialty, a delicious "thousand layer" cake, flaky homemade puff pastry light cream and the tangy flavor of fresh raspberry, an original creation of our Chef. Delight yourself in this perfect Raspberry Mille-Feuille with your favorite tea or coffee. Located at the lobby area, the cake shop opens daily from 07.00 AM to 10.00 PM. Majapahit Lounges and Bar At The Dharmawangsa, the heart of the hotel is The Majapahit Hall, a space of serene simplicity featuring a magnificent 14th century House Temple. From the Majapahit Hall, four doorways lead to four sumptuous lounges, which form the living areas of this magnificent residence bathed in natural light. Each possesses its own resplendent theme and character. Guests may withdraw to The Tea Lounge and gaze across soft lawns and tropical flora while enjoying a leisured afternoon high tea, retire to The Caviar Lounge for cocktails, sample The Bar´s signature Chocolate Martini, or savor after-dinner cognac in The Library where soothing traditional acoustic musical instruments play in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
