Java Restaurant

Located on the second floor of the Hotel, Scusa which means An Excuse or Pretext in Italian, features a modern yet casually elegant atmosphere.

The open kitchen, wood burning oven, rotisserie and charcoal grill are the main features of Scusa's kitchen. Combination of freshest products and ingredients such as special homemade pasta, imported Australian seafood, and his team offer Selection of Scusa Antipasti, a combination of six Mediterranean appetizers with a touch of Italian: Daily Seafood Specials, fresh display seafood cooked according to guests request and an extensive selection of Scusa's finest homemade desserts.

Bacchus

An intimate, cozy atmosphere of Bacchus, located on the InterContinental MidPlaza Jakarta, is the perfect place combining fine wine and bistro menu to match, complemented with a friendly service.

Whilst a cruvinet offering the guest selection featured wine by glass, the vast selection of more than one hundred fifty wines is stored in the temperature-controlled wine cellar. These selective wines are also available by the bottle for guests's enjoyment in the bar or to take away in Bacchus Gift box. For those looking for something stronger, Bacchus also provides premium brand spirits, beers and shakers cocktails.

Deli

Pool Bar

Location: In Hotel - By the Swimming Pool Located in the surrounding of the relaxing swimming pool, offering healthy tropical cocktails. Open Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 09:00 to 17:00.
