Tapis Restaurant, comprising of a traditional thatched dining pavilion furnished in classic table settings, a garden gazebo and open kitchen, is encompassed within an intimate compound beneath the shade of the estates towering grove of coconut palms. Celebrating the exquisite flavours of Indonesia, Tapis Restaurant takes Kayumanis diners on a culinary discovery across the diverse archipelago. Market fresh produce, local herbs, spices, Jimbaran seafood and imported beef culminate into a delicious menu of distinctive regional cuisine to tantalize the taste buds.
The lavish Rijstaffel feast for two is a sampler menu showcasing some of Indonesia’s finest specialties. International selection is also available.

Each estate is equipped with a compact gourmet kitchen for guests who prefer the convenience of maintaining their own dietary regime. Alternatively, special catering requests are fulfilled by our master Chef for intimate in-estate gatherings and romantic candlelight dinners for two.
