The Cuisine is an outcome of intensive research through visits to several Michelin star Restaurants, vineyards and small towns across Italy by our team of chefs; Chef Hemant Oberoi and Chef Nabhojit Ghosh and Chef Giovanna Marson, a celebrated Chef in her own right from Italy. The Restaurant specializes in wines and houses more than 75 labels from Italy, as well as an equally impressive collection from across the world.
