We at the Embers have come up with a new concept viz, “concoction of Cuisines”. We are also proud to say that we are the head hunters with this new unique culinary extravaganza. Our artistic chefs have carefully picked the exotic cuisines which will savor our guest’s appetite. Monday to Sunday cuisine treat comprises, the Mughalai cuisine” one of the oldest cuisine known to mankind on every Mondays. Mughlai Cuisine is the cuisine that comes from the kitchens of the ancient Indian aristocracy or the Mogul Emperors. This cuisine is dominating in the Northern part of India. It has strong influences of Muslim Cooking and some of the dishes still keep their Muslim names; kebabs, kofta, pulao, biryani.
