  1. Reservation is subject to confirmation and peak season surcharge
  2. Package fare has to be prepaid in advance normally at 21days or more prior to the tour date. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex )
  3. Cancellation must be in writing. Refund will be processed as per following Cancellation Charges Schedule :
    Period of Notice Cancellation Charge
    14 working days or more before departure 25% of the tour cost #
    Less than 14 working days before departure 50% of the tour cost
    No show 100% of the tour cost
    # Cancellation fee of which are to be levied by the hotel and tour operator
  4. Above Package Rates are exclusive of :
    1) Appropriate Visa fee
    2) Hongkong Airport and Singapore Airport Departure Tax
    3) Hongkong Airport Security Charges
  5. No changes are allowed once travel has commenced
  6. No refund allowed for any unused portion of the package
