Cancellation must be in writing. Refund will be processed as per following Cancellation Charges Schedule :

14 Working days or more before departure	25% of the tour cost
Less than 14working days before departure	50% of the tour cost
No show	100% of the tour cost

No changes are allowed once travel has commenced
No refund allowed for any unused portion of the package
